The hotel has a fantastic location, allowing easy access to downtown Pittsburgh and is close to several attractions like the Penguins Stadium. The staff was incredibly friendly which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the dining options were a bit underwhelming and the housekeeping could use some improvement. Overall, it's a decent choice but not without its flaws.
